Expensive PT

Monday, December 25

Blessed Christmas, everyone!

Cold and sleepy... If only I could slack for the rest of this week... But my senior extended my booking and I would need to return to Jurong on non-stocktake days... Pondering if I should execute my initial plan of taking MC. Lol.

I am now having post-Christmas blues, pre-working day blues, pre-pre-pre-...-New Year's blues and pre-pre-pre-...-peak period blues.

Arrrgh.

Oh I went for my first gym session with my PT on Sunday. PT sessions are expensive!! 10 lessons for like $700+! But well, I figured (and hope) it would be a good investment, coz since I have spent so much for a gym membership, I might as well spend a bit more to make sure I get the basics right. Besides, there was this initial fitness consultation which showed my fitness scores to be quite pathetic, where I scored miserably in the strength and flexibility sections. I got so weak meh...

And so all the more, i can't quit w/o a job now... no more savings...

And my PT also told me to eat, eat and eat! 4 slices of bread every few hours in addition to my usual diet, so it's almost 1 loaf of bread each day! More buffets, less ala cartes liao!

Gymming, my latest obsession!
