I have basically lost most of my desire to study, n i have narrowed down to the following excuses reasons:
1. CNY is coming!!! Its the festive season, how do u associate festive with stress? How can u?? I am not sure if i felt this way last year, but i remembered last year, I had the time to happily shop for new clothes frequently before CNY. Not this yr leh... I think i am compensating shopping with slacking... haha...
2. Absorbed too much at one go during the past few weeks. Sch reopen for only one month *sobz* n wat quiz la, project la... Haiyo... Now is the period to cool down, for the CNY mood... Surely I dun wan to look like a zombie for CNY!
3. I believe I can accelerate after CNY. Have not been to the study room yet, neither the one opposite FAL, or my Hall's... Will go study room more often after CNY, when I realised I need to catch up... I am sleeping more n more often in my room! I can nap despite having 12 hours of sleep the previous day, thanks to the so-interesting readings... Ok i admit i read on my bed, but the temptation is hard to resist...

But... Green bomb? ICT!!! Received one in my letterbox n I going ICT in July, n its a hi key one!! Muahahaha n why m i laughing... July 11 - 22... 2 weeks lohz...
"What is ICT?" *Ahem* to the more ignorant gals, ICT = In Camp Training, which means reservist. ICT got 2 types, hi-key n low-key, the former is more siong as it lasts longer. =P

It's called "How many petals around the rose?" Took me a few mins to solve it... Some prof said that the longer u take to solve the game, the more intellectual u r. I guess intellectual doesn't equate smart. Coz i'd expect an intellectual to somehow think in the straight way ahead. A smart person has to learn to think laterally and look at things from a different perspective... ah...
This game ah, i guess if u always play those FOC games like "Fuzzy Wuzzy", "Oops Johnny", "What MRT station issit?" u will be better to solve this easily as well!

I will survive n bia for now and enjoy myself for CNY! But i shall not forget my weekly dose of TV, as well as the annual CNY shopping!

I switched on my radio juz now... and its 933, but its the "xian ge ji ji", the song dedication programme. Hearing it for a while, then i felt that programme wasn't for me... Can hear all the sec and JC students dedicating the latest pop songs... Missed some of the oldies... Thus i switched radio channels to 972, 1003 etc etc... But i m still young for 958 tho... Ha...
Switching to other channels... Its refreshing. Its different...
Then osso, this year is year of rooster, next yr will be my doggie year... And that means next CNY, another revolution has passed... It gets worse when people ask how old I am, n i realised its no more 20 or 21, but 22/23...
Then wat? Get married? Have children? Is that the societal model i learnt, that people are getting married becoz the social norms are so? Or people get married becoz of REMM model? I am not really into aa202, but then these 2 models do really somehow explain...
And CNY relatives are gg to ask if i got gf or wat... Saying got is easier to get my way out if the question pops out! Muahahaha...

Read this off some forums... R u still using using hotmail and am fuming y hotmail still havent upgraded its memory? Well u can get 250Mb for ur hotmail too... Dun worry its safe, tried n tested...

My week

Havent updated for sooo long~! Am i busy this week? Absoulletely... who isn't rite?
Update of my week:
Sat: Watched Di Xia Tie wif alan n siwei. Saw hoi, as well as 2 ex-schoolmates! We bought $50 n got free upgrade to $70! The only benefit of a matinee ba... Anyway the production was not bad. Wun really say its as fantastic as i thought, some parts are too luo suo... But the visual effects n music are nice~!
Sun: Stayed at home, watching my fav shows on scv like the fengshui show... watched a short replay of Ren Ci which i missed...
Mon: Supposed to have a cheerleading performance, but we cancelled ours at the last min coz someone got injured. Moreover we were def not ready, i felt. Really felt mad then, not becoz of the injured, but becoz of a few people who so readily agreed n persuaded everyone to perform (That nite we were disappointed not in top 3, n when someone called C to ask if we wanted to perform, some ppl felt so mad, n somehow said we should perform...) Then on sun nite rehearsal, those some ppl dint come!!
Well its over. Shan't make myself madder.
Tues: Nothing much... Its just lessons the whole day. Oh yeah, at night there was blk supper, but not my blk... But ZQ said got food leftover, then i went n eat... in the end mi n zq dabao the leftovers, and took to my blk n eat wif ed, pq, yk, cy n dx! Then mabel, who originally juz came down to fill water, ended up eating n chatting wif us as well! N more crap came in... haha...
Weds: Went suntanning n swimming in the morning... The sun was great! I need a new bottle of suntan oil! Anyway left early coz thot the class still meeting for lunch, but later den i realised its cancelled! Should have sun-tanned more lor! Went aa202 later... like wat my groupmate said, that Bobby is in a ORD-mode... woah... haa... Later went wif the couple to IT Lab to send email to potential FYP tutors. Feedback my senior gave was that the IT lab was happily in a silent mode b4 we entered, became a marketplace later, and resumed its serenity when we left... Oops!
Haa... anyway my senior said by now, all the tutors who have taught in classes would all be booked liao... well well...
Thurs: Finished up my tut qns for aa201, and reading up the tax... And i osso struggled to finish up my pandan bread for brunch! It expires by sat, and i'll not be in hall til sunday... dun tink the bread can survive so long...
Fri - Sun: Working! Y can't Starhub ever come to the east side of Singapore... haiz...

Nope we didn't win... We weren't in the Top 3...
Of coz, losing is part n parcel... But this is a competition that comes only once a year! And last yr, we got 3rd, this yr we were inspired to work even harder to maintain Top 3, if not champion. Hard work doesn't always equate results... We invested in so much time, effort, sacrifices, and osso nice costumes, we expected more...
Hall 1 is also very sad, i heard... well they were one of the best too, and they dint get Top 3 either... Haiz. This suggests something fishy...
Altho we dint win anything, we were invited to perform on Cheerleading Day on monday! 1230pm outside LT1A... of coz we took it up! And yeah, i will not be attending aa201 dat day if so, will be attending wendy's 2nd class again... haa...
And yeah, it has been great fun over the past holis training... Altho it was tiring often, our team was quite committed. In spite of some injuries, flyers n bases continued to train. It's something worth remembering! And osso, quite touched to see so many Hall 14 supporters there... Most of them really came down early to book seats so that they can support us! Thus when we dint win, it felt like we owed our residents something... But still, they are all supportive! I really think that its in the HO when u can see & feel the Hall spirit most, when every Hall is cheering on for their own Halls.

U can dream u have over a million dollars, u can dream u r on a rollar coaster, u can dream u r a national football player, u can dream u are a hot celebrity, u can dream u r a supermodel, u can dream u have wings, u can dream your wadrobe has all the clothes u want, u can dream u r eating buffets every night, u can dream everything.
But its still dreams... u will eventually wake up in the morning, back to your routine life. Back to studying, classes, working, gossiping, laughing, crying.
Maybe what wins over dreams is that in real life, there r real emotions, real relationships.
But i still prefer my dreams. Nitez~

3 days of school have past and most of us would have felt the heavy workload already! Thanks to our hardworking and pro tutors, thanks to our stacks of never-ending readings... And moreover since there r all seminars, i guess it makes me feel worse... Lecs r more slack than seminars, n can be avoided if necc. But seminars, they always seem impt... First time we actually really have to study and read in our 1st week of sch!
Havent gt a chance to see many other ppl coz only lecs r on fri... surprisingly got a few of my sem 1 classmates are in my classes... like pw in tax & wq, winghei n andrea in 202...
Did up a nice nice calender last night, jotting down all the impt dates like public holis, birthdays, datelines etc... 1st time i did such a thing, and quite fun... Haha...
Listened to 933 juz now... guess who's the first few top-earning celebrities in Hollywood? Haa..

Arrgh i can't believe it... school's reopening so soon!
Well this is all i have to say for this entry... It's enough. It's devastating, considering i have lessons on monday, which means school starts on 3rd Jan...
Oh i got my GE... German classes... but this makes my week end at almost 6.30pm everyday... Hmmm maybe i should drop it, but learning a new language seems fun. Haa... However i want to learn some music this year too, so there just doesn't seems to be enough time to squeeze both. Will c how...

Happy New Year 2005 to all! A new year ahead, new hopes, new dreams...
The year ended tragically with the tsunami disaster... actually i had no idea how serious the situation initially until... when i got home n saw/read the news. It's only then my heart goes out to the victims.
Missed a KTV outing with my 120 buddies coz of cheerleading. Competition is drawing near thus each training is important... Sorry guys! Heard that the outing was a successful one, drawing non-KTVsters like jw n alan even! Then later u all osso went dinner n a drink/chat... sigh i wasn't there... =(
2005... Looking forward to august! Y? Coz its when i will step down from hon gen! Haa.. its like in NS... in it will complain, but once ORD will miss it... I guess its so ba... Haha...
