Starhub called me today regarding my request for mobile vouchers... And they are not giving me any vouchers!! All I got was a 6-month off Caller-ID charges (Worth only $30)! Sigh. Where is the loyalty. And now it doesn't seem effective to threaten terminating, coz I tried that before and they just shoved me a form to fill up...
And SH's phones are horribly grossly overpriced.
