Brokeback Mountain is a touching and heart-wrenching movie about 2 gay cowboys.
Locally, there is also a short film on a gay JC student. It's based on a real-life story, where the JC student did commit suicide. I'm not too critical of the sound system or whatever filming techniques, and I thought the film was a pretty great piece of artwork. Oh the songs are great too, written by a local singer-songwriter.
