Programme Description
The intern will be given the opportunity to participate in an exciting pilot testing of new concept/design at the virtual Learning Lab having a community of key customer touchpoints (face-to-face and/or phone) of the bank. The intern will be exposed to the overall approach on how to conduct pilot-testing in real-life setting, learn to make on-site observation and take measurements, as well as be involved in fune-tuning concepts and making change recommendations.
ＯＣＢＣ was my 5th choice. And it's no wonder i got into it, coz it accepted a total of 25 (-edited-) interns! Anyway that particular prog wasn't what I applied for. I applied for another one but got into this... But eh, sounds fun?
1st choice: Chio Lim only 3...
2nd choice: LTC 3 too
3rd choice: Foo Kon Tan only 3 also...
OCBC also got people I know a little like Thiam Meng, Kelly, Wee Tin as well as people whom i dun really know e.g. L, bimbos... Different departments tho...
