Time flies... it's going to be school again next week... And i thought that uni starts one week after New Year... thot it was so last year? Maybe this is to extend the may/april/july holis bah...
Playing maple story almost everyday now... Got a lvl 19 mage, n a lvl 10 thief, but i wan to increase the lvl of my mage to a higher level... It's the hottest game in hall now i guess, every1 seems to be playing it... even some hardcore fans switch to playing MS instead of WC... haha...
Cheerleading competition 13th Jan, which is almost 2 weeks time, n our routine isnt out yet... everything is still in pieces... arrgh... But this year, at least we guys got clothes liao! Last year we were wearing basketball jerseys n shorts... Now this year investment is higher coz of our achievement last year! Haa...
Hoi smint etc, are we still watching Di Xia Tie musical? Its 14-16 Jan... =)

That charity show on ch8 sucks. I think is jack neo?? He cannot be a compere for such shows la, it is irritating to hear him... All the time he's like trying to say things to prove he is there, but he said nonsensical n irritating stuff instead. He got me on my nerves so much that i watched only a bit of it while having my dinner. Poor Cui Lixin to be stuck with him.
Oh well, speaking of jack neo, reminds me of mediacorp. What are they going to do to Ch U?? I think they are going to kill it off slowly lor!
1. The news. MCS will be putting Ch U's news at 7pm n 11pm... Who watch news at 11pm?? And who will be Ch U's news anchors? Dunno wat Liang Ni n Serene Loo. Hello MCS? If u r going to retain Ch U's news then WHY sack Haijie, Wanqing, Huimin, Evelyn etc in 1st place? Many people prefer Ch U news and thus by such actions, MCS will get the audience back to watch their news thru bad anchors n bad timings (n most prob lousier news as well).
2. My Taiwan variety shows!!! ARRRGH this really sucks! MCS pushing all the 11+ pm taiwan shows to weekends! No more Tian Cai Go Go Go, Wo Chai x3 & Shi Zhi Lu Kou in hall! This is really despeciable. Another maindraw for youngsters watching Ch U is these variety shows on weekday nites... Grrr... Dream on MCS! I never watch ur shows at night, n would never will! Coz if i m at home on a weekday night, i'll usually watch Ch U or SCV. If i m in hall, i'll juz listen to 933 Lingzhi's prog (Oh they r changing shifts too.. *pray* lingzhi again! Better not be chongqing!)
3. My favourite Ch U gameshows!! Like Streetwise which juz ended, as well as SNAP, The Next Big Thing... All no more, all no more... But as i'd said, i'll still NEVER watch Ch 8's variety shows. All copycats. I support local, but NOT local copycats. That jack neo even had the audiacity to mention on star awards how he try to produce local gameshows w/o being labelled as copycats... Hello?? Look at ur Top Fun pls (That Huan Le Dian Feng on mon). Compare with Ch U's variety shows. Ch U was creative in the first place by moving outdoors to film variety shows as they do not have a studio. This has become a successful formula for Ch U, identifying them with the public. Ch 8 variety shows? Lame, boring, really. By cancelling such productions, i have no idea seriously what will be shown on Ch U... I guess even more lame n boring stuff than Ch 8 shows! (Oh... there are??)
4. The artistes! Many of them became popular in Ch U, n people then began to notice them more... eg Kym, Yifeng, Bryan, Michelle... Some remained the same, but i dun tink anyone got worse. Coz theres always room for potential to be unleased in Ch U. Well when they return to MCS, only a pig would know how MCS would treat them, whom MCS would prob label as 'Traitors'. MCS would prob place most of them in 2nd place with their artistes... I'll still expect lots of Sharon Au, not that i want... A worse of Ch U artistes' talents to be stuck in the stinky smelly studio of MCS.
I hardly watch Ch 8 at home anyway coz of SCV... haha... but i do watch Ch U... so its really quite sad that this will be the fate of Ch U... MCS sucks rite. With this fate of Ch U, i suggest all singaporeans get SCV at home if haven't. At least u wun be stuck with the same old shows on ch 8! I am getting more n more anti-MCS now...

Well the KTV outing today almost dint make it... it was scheduled with me, xm, smint & wh gg to K-Box... then the night before, smint cannot make it, so we were waiting for xm's reply. However Singtel network screwed up and she didnt receive our msgs! So the next morning she called me, and i conferenced call with wh, and thus the outing happened after all!
We went Paradiz center K-Box, but the lady told us we could only sing 12-2 n cannot extend, coz later all got reservations... i suggested we leave n looked for K-ster instead, but can't find it! Think it has closed down... Then we called K-Box again and tried to reserve n guess wat? The lady gave us a room! -_-" Hmmm...
Went PS ate lunch n met a fierce lady holding her kid who shouted at everyone in the lift! Well she was trying to enter the lift but the people at the sides dint bother to press "Door Open" for her... n she retreated looking quite frustrated n SHOUTED/SCREAMED at us! Even when the door closed, we could hear her screaming like,"WHATS THE PROBLEM WITH U PEOPLE???" Wow. Ok before u blame us 3, we were squeezed at the center and busy e.g. xm was sms-ing, so ask the people at the sides, just next to the buttons, wat they were daydreaming bout k...
And today mi n wh met a new friend: Qiuling! She is xm's n smint's gd friend, pity smint not here. Finally meet u QL! Hee =P... She's quite a nice girl, but like a bit quiet... maybe dunno us well enuf ba! Haa... Oh yeah go back to K-box... the lady at the counter recognised us! Haa then i say we got book now n she replied wat, yeah, just now heard... dun exactly understand her words, but she's quite a friendly service officer, at least she makes an effort to smile...
Room number was 67... Yesh 67! The 67 that i cannot get for aa201! Haha... We sang n sang n sang... She said was 2-5 leh, bill came at 4 plus, but we cont'd to sing n sing til 7pm! Haa... so least the money's worth it, otherwise spending so much on just 3 hours is really boh hua! And K-Box quality not bad, at least dun haf the "Ngggggg" sound. But they still dun haf Sef Sun's new songs... I wan “我也很想他”...
Went back at 7 plus... I went bedok to look for my stuff but i couldnt find it now!! Whats that i wan? It's the movie “地下铁” VCD... i can't find it! Have vcd shops stop selling it? If you guys see it, pls do inform me k? DVD osso can, as long as its the original movie (Dun tell mi where gt pirated ones)... I wan the movie!

It was a competitive fight for time slots... Got an undesirable slot as it extends my 4-day week to 5-day week, as well as seperation from my gang... Oh well, at least i know people in there... Next time, i shall not use STARS planner to register subject if the confirmation doesn't arrive in 1 min, it means its jammed... Doing manually is still the best ba.
Tomorrow, oops i mean later, is my GE exam... Studying for it sucks. Coz its doing something i am not interested in, and thus nooo passion... haiz. So boring, why would people want to know about carbon cycles? Oh well, maybe its the same as other people finding accounting boring? Looking at my GE, accounting isn't that boring anymore! Haha...

The 2 days of working in roadshow have passed... This time a bit more sianz and relunctant to explain to customers because there was a speaker somewhere there and it was BLASTING loud music and voices, hard for me to speak, hard for the customer to hear...
After working for a few of such roadshows, I have decided on the few categories of customers on my HATE-list:
Customer A: "Eh, how to get the free TV? Huh only for new subscribers ah? Why liddat?? So unfair u noe? We have been customers of Cable TV for so many years liao! Then old customers get nothing ah??"
Me: Yes... nothing... so sorry... free TV only for new subscribers of Starhub Digital TV.
Customer A: (continues...) "Wah unfair leh! Then we cancel and sign on again ah! I cancel mine, then use my wife's name lor! Then new subscriber wat! Y cannot??"
Me: (In my heart:)Cannot.... CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT!!! ~raaaAAR~ Giam beng singaporeans! (From a smiling mouth:) No, cannot so sorry... they will check and verify your address... if can then everyone can do so... yeah maybe not really fair... u complain to my boss better, i only part-timer... (smilez... this is wat u call a fake smile.)
Customer B: "Excuse me what are the new features?"
Me: -demo-
Customer B: -grinz- "Haha u know, actually in other countries, they get all this for free like malaysia's astromax. Malaysians if they know about this that u muz pay to get this in sg, they will laugh! I just asking only ah, thanks ah!" -pats me on shoulder and leave-
Me: -pengz- Stupid u!
Customer C: "Excuse me, i wan to know more about Maxonline..." -Holding a sheet of Maxonline brochure...-
Me: -stops C before C can say anything more- "I'm so sorry, but i m only in charge of Digital TV. U approach that guy or lady there?" -byez!-
Nonethless it has been fun working in a roadshow. Friendly customers usually, TV to watch, goodie bag... Saw Slyvester too on the 1st day singing An Jing, dint get to see Taufik coz its lunchtime. Lotsa handphone promotions too! And i like PS coz its closer to my home than J8 or anywhere else not in the east!

Noticed my MS nick lately? Well maple story is a cute cute game, n i wanted so much to start playing it... But i still can't. After downloading 2 uncompatible versions (1 Korean, 1 Chinese), i finally got the english one. Downloading's not ec coz each file is bout 170MB... A few hrs to d/l each file...
So i downloaded the eng one finally n managed to get the client to work... But i can't play coz its a MMPROG, so i need to register on its website 1st, which has been down for dunno how long! Sianz.
Some ignorant person said results would be out on thurs... So i go check but as expected, NBS is very punctual... Have to wait til fri when i wake up den...
Tonight our hall had a BBQ... nice nice haha... we took an empty pit and have fun ourselves... It's the first time i had BBQ in hall, simply coz my OGs (old n new) never organised BBQs in hall! Had lotsa satay, chicken, crab meat, hotdogs in spite of my persisting ulcer. Took a sneak of hall 15 cheerleading trg... ok ba... tink we could be better, hope we could win dis yr!
Next yr, 933 will change shifts... arrrgh no more lingzhi at nite?? Music Diary?? What can i listen to?? Wahz better dun change to chongqing at nite, he not suitable for nite prog... if him, i tink i can start sleeping early next yr liaoz...

Tonight was the great event in Sg entertainment circle - the Star Awards 2004!
But do u guys feel that this yr, it seems to be lacking of something as compared to past years? It's definitely not the best produced Star Awards so far, not one that would leave an impression... maybe its the hosts, or the stage, or the dressing, i dunno. Some factor's lacking there...
Let me talk on some great moments still...
1. Jacelyn Tay fell down while walking with some other stars during the opening introduction! So malu! And I thought it was Phyllis who fell down n was laughing over it until i realised it was Jacelyn, then i wondered if she was ok... Haha... nice speech she said in the end to redeem herself from the fall! "Fall down never mind, but must learn to stand up." Woah smart girl, and she earned applause from the audience for saying that!
2. Joanne Peh is chio n she won both Most Pop Newcomer n Most Pop Top 10! Cheers! Quite exposing gown in the 2nd part sia...
3. Li Ying Zhu got Best Supporting Actress! We have seen her for so many years, and finally she gets something!
4. Chris Lee n Fann Wong... Haa no more secret liao wor! Their colleagues so openly exposed them... muahahaha!
5. Ou Xuan n Phyllis Quek got into Top 10 while Ivy was out?? Honestly, those 2 suck lor. They look pretty, but they suck. I dun care if u r their fans, I dun like them, i tink they suck. Ivy deserves it more!
I hope next yr would be a better one. And next yr, we would see more people on stage, such as Kym, Yifeng, Bryan, Guo Liang blah blah... And Ou Qing Xian was such a darling, mentioning her ex-colleagues as well as thanking her ex-boss, Ch U boss, on stage! Hope Ch U artistes would spice up our tv in the yr ahead!

It's finally a very slack n relaxed weekend for me! So nice, slacking at home and zhuo boh...
There's a Malay wedding going on at my void deck right now, and malay hits are being played all the time... Some inconvenience of staying on 2nd storey but at least, it's a happy occasion... i rather a malay wedding anytime than a chinese funeral... Which happens to be one going on at the opposite block...
I want to go for music lessons to learn keyboard! Anyone got recommendations or lobangs? =P

Happy bdae to ZH! I got sms u liao so dun say no insincerity... haa...
To celebrate his birthdae, we went suntec... I was late because of pasrc but anyway, they watched the incredibles before i joined them... So after that, after consulting ZH for his opinion, dinner was at Fish & Co with the company of don, hoi, kling, pw, wh & zh. LT n smint arrived later...
As expected, the service there was pathetic... Nonetheless the few of us managed to self-entertain ourselves while waiting for the fish to be caught... Took some fotos (ZH upload it quick!!) n gossiped n talked n waited n waited... My new hairstyle made me looked 斯文，haa actually i really dunno lor. I wore specs coz i'm too lazy to wear contacts for pasrc everyday (waking up at 8 everyday is worse than normal school days...). I combed my hair liddat coz that was the parting the hairstylist styled when i cut my hair, except that his styling was more funky. I really dunno how to comb liddat, so i comb down n flat... Dint noe the impact was so great n different!
Anyway the service was not only bad, but the serving only seemed lesser. JP got 6 mussels, but suntec only gave 3! But we had a really full n satisfying meal, and it was completed with a cake for ZH. And a birthday 'card'! Haa... the bill settlement was quite paiseh too as we dig for coins n wonder where's the missing money...
In conclusion, the service was bad coz suntec fish & co simply lacked of workers... the poor 4 waitresses have to attend to everyone, trying hard to be as polite as possible near closing hours. So cannot really blame them but blame the stingy management who refused to hire more people.
i wanna replace that horse picture in my blogskin u see up there, but where can i find nice pictures/anime ah... haa...

Was working for starhub dis sat n sun, dis time at junction 8... This time quite sianz... Basically coz i dunno anyone there and have to make new friends... Did something stupid, coz i was bringing a stand down to the 2nd level which was quite large and heavy, and i dint realise it was hitting the above wall til it was too late. In the end there was a hole on the wall, thanks to me... and i dint even noe there was a hole in the wall until they asked, n i was like "erm... oops..." >_<
Some projects that are not worth it, get it. Others that are worth more than what they should deserve, receive less recognition. Sometimes it's just so unfair.

Its my life now... waking up at 8am, a bit later if i dun plan to wear contacts, brush up n change clothing, pack bag, go canteen buy some food, walk to SAO, and sit for 4 hours, eat lunch within timing, go back SAO, listen to more proposals, go back at 6plus...
Saw a few ppl i noe today ie. Chris n Kaili for Ignite! proposal... Woah their proposal seems quite good... But got a few sucky ones, n moreover their prez was basically arguing for his club projects regardless if they meet the guidelines...
I muz learn to argue more, ok i like to talk crap but for these meetings, really, another skill is required. Such as counter-smoke skills, persuasive skills...
Oh i have missed my GE classes many times liaoz... arrgh but honestly they suck, even worse than cheerleading trainings... in fact since i havent even bought the lecture notes from the library, i have no idea to date what my GE is about! (!!!) Will try to do well in project n exam to secure a pass at least... Haha!

I changed my blog skin! Hehe...
My holis are busier than sch days! At least on sch days i dun have to wake up at 8am everyday... Now for 3 weeks, i have to becoz of pasrc meetings... And i can foresee the meetings getting more draggy n maybe more aggressive...
Not only that, i supposed to have GEs every mon, wed n fri nites... skipped almost all this week coz its boring n totally does not interest me...
And yeah, cheerleading every mon, wed n fri nites too...
