Recently when i wear contact lens nowadays, its blur blur one... so i went to my optometris (how 2 spell...). Nothing wrong with my lens, not very dirty too... Maybe too long never use protein remover tablets... Hope can see clearly once again...

Next week reservist, i better start training again... haiz... dun wan to fail my IPPT, hope can at least get a silver... but dunno can a not...
